World Class Customer Experience at BBS Mica Ballito

I am simply blown away by the Service I have received from Jeremy Ramowthar - the Yard Manager of the BBS Ballito Mica store.

The most Amazing part is that I didn't even buy anything to receive the most incredible service. All I wanted was some empty boxes and received THE BEST customer service!!!

Jeremy took the time to engage with me on a Sunday - Took down my details and then sent me several text updates as to when he would be able to assist me.

These days it's almost impossible to get decent service even when buying super expensive items, but Jeremy truly went Above and Beyond even though I didn't spend a cent... I will now always use Mica as my DIY go-to place and will tell everyone about my Wonderful Experience and encourage them to do the same!!!
