Very upset with Mega Mica !

We bought a **** eater at the Mega Mica in Boksburg. The **** eater became faulty on the 2nd use and we returned it. They were going to have it tested and I would be advised of the outcome after 2 weeks. I had to call them and they always had an excuse. I continually called for a month until suddenly their phone went unanswered. We decided to go to them only to find that they had closed down. So they still have our **** eater as well as our money. I sent a message on their franchiser website and to date no response. It has been months now. Disgusting service!
