Useless MICA hardware - randburg

I went to MICA on Monday to have some keys cut. Then I went home and out of 7 keys, only 2 worked. I called and spoke to the manager Jimmy - who was friendly and said I can go back and re-cut the keys. The problem is i do not stay in Randburg and it was on my way to a lunch. Then I arrived and Mike, said he would refund me as the plates were not working, there was also another person who went to cut keys and they did not work. Jimmy said he was not aware of the situation. However I have wasted petrol, and my time on this store and they are so useless!!!!
