Useless customer service.
Today we were in the plumbing section of your store in Eastgate. We couldn't find what we were looking for. No staff approached us to help. Eventually my husband tracked someone down. He was not interested in helping. He said "the right person is by the computer," and turned his back and continued walking away. My husband said "which computer", and he said "the one that side," and walked away. Considering we don't know the staff or the computers, this was infuriating and useless. We waited another few minutes, no staff approached us to help so we left.

I have lived in this area my whole life and still remember when that building was built, it was a Checkers for a while and then was a Mica, which we have supported from the start.
