Unnecessary wait for Gas refill

Dear Mica Durbanville (Spiro's Corner) Cape Town,

Kindly allow customers to pay for the full weight of their Gas bottle even if there is any remaining gas left in the bottle. A current rule prohibits customers from paying for their Gas at the till while the bottle is being refilled, forcing customers to wait for the bottle to be returned to the store front first. I understand the importance of weighing the bottles, the weighing process may still take place while the customer is paying. I am happy to pay for the full weight of the bottle as any remaining gas is negligible and I would rather not have to wait in the queue at the till, this rule is silly and should be changed.
