unhappy customer
I am not happy at all about mica hardware. They are treating me so unprofessional as if Im not a paying customer. First they took time for the installation of my blinds. Now the installed blinds has fallen the other 1 is skew and abt to fall. Others are not installed according to my needs and desire. Now again they are dragging their feet in repairing the broken/ fallen ones. Always I am the one who has to call them , they just dont care. I will never advise anyone to buy their blinds at mica hardware vanderbijlpark
