Unhappy customer

I was at the shop in Vanderbijlpark on the 2019/07/28. According to the latest brochure valid from 23 July '19 - 4 Aug '19 I have looked for special and what I required was an electric blanket. They were priced under R500.00. To my surprise staff was telling me that they had no stock, sold out. The brochure does not state anywhere that till stock last. The Staff member of MICA showed only one last electric blanket worth R829.00. The point is the staff member was not offering to say when they will be receiving new stock as per date of special or make any order. If the stock is sold out Mica's latest brochure should show until stock lasts. Worse experience of just entering the store and exiting with NO solution. Thanks and regards
