Turned My Frown Upside Down

I purchased a patio set from Mega Mica Eastgate during their birthday promotion and arranged for delivery two weeks later on the day that I moved. On the day when I phoned to confirm delivery I was advised that the supplier was out of stock and I could only receive my patio set in July the following year. <br> <br> Naturally I was upset and insisted that an alternative be found. Daniel the manager ensured that he found me a similar set and made sure that he delivered to me on the day without additional charge.<br> <br> Thank You so much for the quick and effective resolution of what would have been a very unhappy complaint.
