The worst service and lack of communication

I went to mica hardware in groblersdal to do a cutting list quotation for a kitchen unit and i was told they'll be ready in a week. But i wanted to take the handles as there was only 27 and i wanted and paid for 36 of them but was advised by one of the workers to leave everything and will get a call to collect everything at once. Last week friday 14th/01/22 i got a call to say everything is ready they just need to do edging. Monday passes by, no call.Tuesday i call to ask for feedback as they said they'll call on monday which they didnt and i was told i call too much and ill get a call when they're done,fine i wait again. Today the 20th/01/22 we went to collect the material as promised only to be told some of the items that they promised I'll find ready we're out of stock but i can get different one's which will cost me more.i am the most unsatisfied customer because of the service and lack of communication. Should they have told me in time i would have made a plan and only pay for what they can deliver. I want my refund back and im NEVER buying anything there EVER AGAIN. I have wasted two weeks going back and forth for the same thing,i cant keep taking leave days from work for something that could've been fixed by simply communicating
