I recently posted a review of Mica Hardware Petit where I purchased a Totai 6 plate gas stove which was faulty and my frustration to get it repaired.

Thank you Mica Head Office for pulling out all stops and getting both Mica Petit and Totai to get going with the repair. Even though the Totai technician was more than 4 hours late due to traffic problems he still arrived and repaired the stove in just a few minutes. Thank you all concerned just such a pity we had to resort to these measures to get it done.
