Terrible Service by Floor manager Moffet at Boskruin

I called in the store to find out if they had the Nu Pro brand aerosols fumigation spray and Moffet after I had repeated myself in explaining what I’m looking for assured me that the product was there. Upon arrival I discover that this particular brand was out but rather a different brand of the same spray was available .

I then asked Moffet that this spray is not the one I said I wanted and he became nonchalant about his mistake and became passive aggressive towards me telling that they both had the same function and have the similar active ingredients. I asked him that if both sprays were as effective why is the one out and the other one Seemingly not moving as this one that I wanted and he went to patronized me and switched to his home language and conversed with his friend about my frustration of this spray that I has but come for .
