Terrible service and pathetic attitude

I purchased a sail from the Amper Alles Mica store in Groblersdal on 27/07/2015. I used the sail 1 time and the sail tore with the wind. After returning the sail to the store the manager tells me that I have abused the sail and he will under no circumstances even consider that the sail might be faulty. Besides the fact that he would not change it he states there's no warranty on the sail and his level of service and his pathetic attitude leaves much to be desired. While speaking to him on the phone he cut my call 3 times and then refused to come back onto the phone.
