Terrible service

I have been to badatsons mica at Pietermaritz street on arriving at the store it was empty no customers, headly any staff to assist and no stock of any of the items I needed.I than asked for the manager who apparently was to busy to assist me also as he was siting as a cashier. So I approached and asked why can't I get any service at this store? Why isnt der any stock of what I need? In the rudest way possible he said well whatever you see is what we got. We currently closing down so we not interested to purchase any stock than he runs back to the til to service somebody else leaving me there un attended to. He than shouted his very busy if I can't find what I'm looking for I should go to built it If I wanted to shop at build it I would of gone their 1st. the service I received was terrible after surporting them for almost 15 years the new management needs customer training he has no way of treating a customer. There's no customer service at badatsons mica and that is going to affect all mica stores. NO STOCK of any items No STAFF to asist apparently he had to retrench half his staff. so why are stil running a business???mica is gne to the dogs with their new management!!!
