School project kit_Didn't work

On 22 Aug bought school project kit with batteries, buzzer & globe, Daughter took it to school, it didn't work. Teacher advised we take it back. Today 6 Sept. with receipt I went back to Mica explaining that product didn't work. Muazzom Hoosen rep**** unfortunately they can't take it back or refund me. Wasn't even asking for refund, was happy to take a voucher. It's a known fact one can't buy anything in Lenasia & expect a cash refund.
