Rude Reception lady

Just wanted to inform you that the lady who answers your telephone lines is utterly rude and unpleasant to be assited by. She jumped at the chance to not understand what I was looking for and I will be adding this complaint on Hello Peter as well. thanks you to Ayanda for actually lending an ear and checking if you have what I need,of which you indeed did. Im very upset about this ladys service skills- Disgusting
