Rolling in the deep

My Painter came into your lens stores to purchase 2xspongy rollers costing R139.98 and when he put them in the steel paint they were ruined. He then returned them an hour later and was told that he didn't say which ones he wanted and yet your sales attendant was not clued up either. Your receipt says he was sold soft sponge rollers. Please refund him because it not our fault that your sales person gave him the incorrect rollers. Your brushes didn't even have any caution printed on them.
