Either incompentent personnel or bad business management. My fianceé went on 22 March 2020 to buy 19kg LPG gas refill bottle. When I got home from work that night, I noticed the seal was broken, but I did not think much about it since I trust Riverside Mica Home Warehouse & Build personnel as I have always supported them and received good service. We did a gas leak test with soapy water to ensure there was no gas leaks, which there was not. Exactly two weeks later (5 April 2020) the bottle is empty and due to lockdown we are struggling to find gas to have warm water to bathe in. Such a bottle lasts normally three (3) to four (4) months as we only use it for the gas geyser.

We are highly dissapointed and no longer trust Riverside Mica Home Warehouse & Build in Vanderbijlpark due to the fact we received an empty bottle at the high price we had to pay. We must either put our health in danger, receive a hefty fine or be arrested due to the Covid - 19 outbreak in our search to find a open gas supplier.
