Riverside mega Mica Vanderbijlpark worst customer service ever

I am not a big fan of your mica shop in Vanderbijlpark. I had a previous incident there and they were very apologetic about it but now I can say with confidence their customer service SUCKS. Where in your life is it policy and okay to ignore a customer when she asks for help because your message on your phone is more important???how dare your workers expect the customer to wait for her to finish reading her message???And when a nother worker comes to the counter and I asked him for help je just ignored me flat took papers and walked away. I really do not want another apologetic phone call because this shop in Vanderbijlpark really do not care how they treat customers.
