Refund given to builder

In September 2019 I ordered things from Mica according to the quotation, I was then told I need to be refunded R1500.00. Called and spoke to Siraj and he said he can only refund the person that did the EFT no one else can receive the refund. Then only to find out the refund was given to the builder as the builder was one of their regular customers, Between Mica and the builder im not sure what happened and now im a loser of a R1500.00. They refused to give the money to my son but they gave the money to the builder which I never agreed on. Now Mica wants me to sort it out with the builder, the builder has another story all I want is my money
