Refund denied
I needed refund on cabinet boards that i bought from Mica Middelburg, but i was told they cannot refund because they did not have those boards in stock when i came to buy but they had other colours in stock. So now i am forced to collect them. This is unfair as they do refund boards but i think it depend on who request the refund. i am not happy and i shall not collect them till i get my money back.
