Poor sales and service

phoned to query if they had stock of an inverter welder they had on special. Was promised by their salesman Ashley that when they receive stock, I could have it at the same price. Called him yesterday but was told they don't have stock and would not be receiving any. This promotion was run in November for black Friday. asked for his manager to call me , he does not even know of the managers surname. Bad service
