Poor customer service

I bought a grass cutter machine in December I am only used that machine for 2 days then it broke down. I took it back to hardware and they booked it. I was told that they don have stock. It was the last machine that I bought. I tried to phone them . they don't pick up phone, I dropped them emails they don't respond. My sister went to the shop last week.she was told she won't get refund because we are the one who broke the machine.I have been waiting for three months.they said they will fix the machine. But now that looks like a s****. I need my money back because I only used that machine for 2 days.
