Pathetic service at Mica Silverlakes

<p>I bought a roof mounted fan from this store +/- 16 months ago. 13 months after purchase the thing gave me trouble and I took it back. It is now 12 weeks later and it is still unresolved!!! With every visit I learn a few new more pathetic excuses. Twice the completely wrong unit were returned to me. PATHETIC TO SAY THE LEAST!!! </p>
