Pathetic, Dismissive customer service Jayden Mica Hardware Prrimrose

<p>Worst service ever!!!1 As regular customers of the store, we expect the basic level of customer service but clearly this store does not need the support of the public which is evident in the pathetic customer service levels. My husband was at the store this moring to buy two pieces of shaded cloth. He took a written measurement of the cloth size he required which he both handed over to the store assistant and verbally told him what was needed. He then paid for the coth and brough this home. When he set out the cloth minutes later he realized that one was cut according to measurement while the other was significantly shorter. Immediately took back the cloth to the store and queried to which the response was "eish what can i do and maybe you should just strectch the cloth so they look the same size". He then asked to speak to the store manager, Gus Macdonald who was so rude, dismissive and uncoath. He responded by saying " Well you already paid so what wpuld you like me to do, you should have cut the cloth yourself, or taken it home and cut it there. take that cloth with you because if you want another you will need to pay again" How do you engage with a store representative that walks away while a customer is engaging and needs help??? While blatantly rushing to help customers that are not of colour, is our money not good enough to you Gus??? We spend thousands of rands at this store and its demoralizing to be treated like an animal, clearly racisim still exists. I want a response on this and remediation!!!!!</p>
