Pathetic customer service

Karani's Mica hardware in Buffel****rt doesn't have any customer service I went there on the 24 November and 26 November to buy a item on special running from 23 November to 3 December '23 and the item wasn't available when I asked about it the lady said we will get the item again but not at that price but the special is running until the 3 December' 23 there is no customer service at this store.
