On your Bica away from Mica

A few days ago , my daughter and ex wife went to purchase a generator at the store in Ladysmith. Upon return home , they were not too sure how to operate it .They only had a recorded video of the assistant showing them a few basic operating instructions. Having never owned or used one before ,I asked where the box and instuction manual was.. It was not given to them !!! The following day , I went there and told the manager about it ,and I was not leaving there without it and any other things that was supposed to be provided. I told them it seems like a short cut as 2 females came to purchase it.. Would have been different if I was there from the beginning!. I made them take it out the car , and start it , and physically show me how to operate it , after 2 assistants had tilted the item and oil came out on the opposite side.. from the drain plug apparently.. They are still unaware that the oil filler point has a dipstick attached , and just said as long as you can see the oil , there's enough !!!! I have never heard such **** !! Anyway , it is the last time I go into any Mica shop.. prices are shocking too.. Saved R400 on a brush cutter a few years ago , by getting it at Game stores ... Shop around before using Mica
