Refuse to entertain a complaint that LED tubes that were bought in a sealed box may be damaged. Kyle at the branch said if I did not check them it is not his problem. One assumes that if a product is sealed in it's original packaging it is fine.

They have offered to replace the damaged tubes from their electrical dept.
