Mica three river poor quality and as per them its not there problem

we bought a brand new hose pipe from three rivers Mica. one that was on special keep in mind that no where its states no guarantee or that the pipe can not take any pressure ( a garden hoses that can not take pressure really ) i had three springers running from that pipe so pressure was even lower as normal. and it burst at one site. i emails mica three rivers with no replay then today i emailed again no reply. so i took of from work again to take a poor quality item pack then was told by some manger that they can replace it what must they do with it. really its your shops product then he said its not a mica product. really you are selling it on the black Friday special. mica i want a hose pipe for my garden that can be used for my garden and not a green lawn ornament ***
