Mica selling fireworks
Mica Hardware, Kestell, Free State is selling dangerous fireworks which people are firing since New Year during the day and night in residential areas. The owners of Mica are definitely not concerned about the animals and people's safety. On New Years eve several dogs fled the town. Some were seen on the very busy N5 route. Many residents could not enjoy New Year's eve because they had to calm down their pets for many hours.Today I am still hearing fireworks.
