MICA PETIT - DOUBLE PAYMENT NO REFUND
On 8th January during Loadshedding their generator changed over while a payment was made. They then requested to pay again and if amount goes through account twice they will refund. We supp**** copies of transactions to Owner, then again complained in Feb when still no refund. Daughter then requested i email her, sent 21/2/23. Queried again 5/4/23 and had to resend, then queried 23/6/23 and getting no response. This is disgraceful, that a customer must fight for refund and no feedback whatsoever
