Mica Online - Pathetic Service

I tried the mica online store for the first time (that will also be the last time) - the service is absolutely pathetic. I saw a product I was interested in, quantity clearly stated 5L on the website - on the order confirmation email I received after purchasing it also confirmed quantity is 5L - they delivered 2.5L Clearly in violation of the Consumer Protection Act - I ordered on the 14th - they've already collected the incorrect product - it's the 23rd today and still nothing. Mica clearly doesn't want customers .. my opinion .. stay way. I ordered from another company online in the same industry on the 21st - they delivered just after 12pm today on the 23rd - all products are 100% correct. Mica doesn't have a hope in heck in competing with this level of service.
