Received more than exceptional service from Keith at Mica vanderbijlpark. I was attending to repairs at a property I have in Vanderbijlpark. I explained the material I needed to Keith at Mica and he was more than willing to assist with cutting the steel into pieces for me. Adding to this I explained what I was trying to make for the repairs and without skipping a beat he offered and helped me bend and drill some of the metal to what I needed.

Thank you Keith! An asset to Mica indeed and a benchmark to service levels. Doing repairs to a property that had been broken into can be stressful but you helped lighten and for that I express my appreciation of you going beyond the service required to help out.
