Mica Hardware specials not in stores, yet again.

I'm once again very disappointed in Mica. I previously had an issue with ceiling fans being out of stock on the first day of the special. On 25 July I detoured to Halls Mica Amanzimtoti to purchase an item, on the special which commenced on the day, only to be told they had not arrived. On 26 July I went to Southway Mall Mica and was told the same thing. At least here, the salesman offered to call me as soon as they arrived. Unlike Halls, where they looked blank and asked each other where the stock was. Halls used to be the best-stocked hardware in Toti but every time I go there I leave empty handed. This store already looks like a ghost town and I believe it's a matter of time before they are out of business due to poor management. Why is that franchises that run specials never know whether they are stocked in anticipation and, if not, why not? I have unsubscribed from the Mica mailing list, as it is futile. I would rather spend more at a store like Builders and avoid the time-wasting & frustration.
