Mica Hardware Primrose- Disgusting Customer service!!!

I have never ever received such disgusting service ever in my life. Manager of Mica Hardware Primrose was so rude and refused to help me to refill my gas. I was told they are closed but I was inside the shop, arrived at 16:43 and I called before going there to double check what time were they closing and I was told @17:00. If the shop closes at 17:00 and I got there 17 minutes before closing, is it ok for him to tell a customer they are closed while the shop is still wild open? Why was I not told not to come because I called to confirm the time and I even told the lady who answered the phone I was coming to refill the gas. What made the situation worse the so called Manager walked away while I was still talking to him. The level of disrespect is beyond.
