I bought a new generator at Mica Middelburg.

Purchase date: 13 July 2022 The generator Exhaust bolts broke clean off.

I went to the store to exchange the generator for a new one.

Melanie told me I could not exchange the generator.

Now there is load Shedding. I am sitting in the dark.

How can she not want to exchange a Generator that could not even run for 2 months.

I told Melanie I want to speak to the Manager. And she said she is the manager. Sort this out please. I refuse to send the generator in for repairs.

I want a replacement.
