Mica do not honour their promises to customers
<p>I was about to buy an Alpha top gas braaier which I wanted my spouse to view during last week. As I am a regular customer Johan new I want to buy the braaier. I visited the branch yesterday (Sunday), once again without my spouse. When I got home I phoned the branch and spoke to a Ben who confirms that they will keep the braaier until today (Monday 12 Sept) as this is when we can pay for it. When we got there Johan said he could not wait anymore and sold the braaier to another customer. This is poor service, Johan could have had the decency to take our word.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have definately loose faith in this shop and the management thereoff.</p> <p> </p>
