MICA BUILD LENASIA BAD SERVICE
Sold unmatching aluminium windows and sliding doors (FAM vs Valuwin). Supp**** 2 left opening windows instead of left & right as per instruction. Sliding door has not been locking since installation 3 weeks ago (10 Aug 2017). Door handle not checked before sold to customer and has inferior & unmatching *****s.
Store manager (Puneet) never called me once till this morning after Shila from their headoffice called him after numerous complaints from me.
Promises, promises and no delivery. Please DO NOT regret if u decide to GO TO THIS MICA branch. I will never set my foot at MICA again. Despite their many radio appearances on Kaya previously they dont seem to keep their word.
