<p>Please give one of your staff member a proper training, his name is Tyson and he is based at the back shop where you keep steel pipes for fixing taps...</p> <p>i walked in there this morning (22 June 2016) with a friend and we had to beg him to assist us, the guy was less interested and could not be bothered, when i confronted him about it, he had the nerve to tell me, why didnt we tell him what we were looking for, instead of him having to ask us, he even mentioned that he been working there for 30years and no one has ever complained about his service, he was soo rude and unfriendly</p> <p> </p> <p>i am still shocked by this :(</p>
