Mica Ballito (Lifestyle Centre) Bad service

Asked for laminated pine (21x102mm, 2.4mt) to be cut in half. It was not. The wood is of all different lengths, and NOT in half. He was also very rude towards other customers, telling them that it would be half an hour then walking away...

We shop at mica ballito often, never had an issue. Every time we've asked for something, we got it exactly as asked. It is sad to see that, especially during these times, that there are some individuals who do not care about their jobs and do not perform to the standards that we are use to.

We needed the wood for a project, and the fact that it was not cut exactly in half has now made it slightly more difficult to complete the project...
