Mica bad customer service

Mica both in sasolburg as well as mica in vanderbjilpark (riverside) as well as there customer complaints in johannesburg are very bad on customer service if you go on there site and log a customer complaints agenst any mica they do not come buck to you (2) there shop in vanderbjilpark sales personel even there department manager dont know any thing of yoyo tanks and what come standerd with a tank. There delivery service is very bad as well. Dont help you arrange beforehand a delivery date and time. They dont keep it to them. (3) there branch in sasolburg the same with delivery and you must phone them back to get the things that you did buy from them. Because they will even tell you that the items that you did buy yesterday that was in stock are sold out. 3 complains in one week from the group mica . I do think some where a person must pull a line and then if you do complain about the customer service you have to travel back to a shop just to get your delivery cost back. With out any extra compensation from them or a bad excuses from them
