Mega Mica Eastgate POOR SERVICE from MR Jonker

Not happy at all withthe service I received from Mega Mica Eastgate. Mr Riaan Jonker quoted me incorrectly on a product that the store has not been supplying since 2017. Ordered 10kg HTH and was quoted on that. Requested for a proforma invoice for the above item via email and was ignored. Called Mr Riaan and he just blatantly told me that they don't have this product and 'take ownership of his mistake. Not even an apology. Then Mr Riaan sends me another quotation and the prices on every item on the quotation have increased. No discounts, no nothing
