Insanely terrible service! Unprepared

On Monday (3 May) my hubby went to Mica Parkhurst to get ***** cut and welded to make 2 small tables, he mentioned it was quite urgent. He paid for everything up front (as so he thought) material and delivery. They said yes sure no problem we will get it done. They said to him it will be ready by 12pm same day. He went back at 2pm and only the ***** had been cut. A guy said to him the welding will be done by later the same day. He didn't hear a thing. He then called the shop this morning (Tuesday 4 May) said they will be here by 8.30 but they only got here at 10:15. The legs weren't welded securely and the legs snapped. He called the shop again to tell them and the guys said they would come here and fix the tables and secure the welding but they never pitched up. He phoned in again! To ask where they were, where they going to come? What their plan was... They said they would come collect the tables to fix and deliver them tomorrow 😅! Not a solution if we needed it yesterday 😅
