Incorrect pricing
I went into Mica to purchase a new set of braai tongs on Saturday. The pricing label read R65, but when it was rung up at the till, they charged me R89. when I raised the issue, the sales people went and got the PI label to match the barcodes. They did not match!!! So they went and got another one that matched my product - at the higher price. When I said that it is not my job to ensure that they merchandise their products under the correct label, they shrugged it off and tried to make all sorts excuses with a bad attitude. Needless to say I wont go back.
