great service, great price

I went to Mica to buy a gas stove and rechargeable lights to use during load shedding. Greg went out of his way to help me and made sure I left the store a happy customer. He gave me a good discount but this wasn't even about the discount. It was about his willingness to run around the store fetching the items I wanted, checking them and demonstrating them to me patiently and politely, even though there were other customers waiting for him. He made me feel as though my business was important to him. A brilliant example of great customer service. Thank you Greg! I hope you will be offered many opportunities for success. You deserve it.
