False advertising

I went to Mica - Ubuild in Nigel on 10 January 2021 to find out pricing for a 6m square tubing. I was told it's R500. They have prices showing its R80+- odd a meter. I was satisfied with paying that price as I shopped around. On the 11 January 2021 I went back to purchase the 6m square tubing. As the price scanned on the system it was R110+- odd a meter. I told the cashier I am not happy with the price as yesterday I was told it will be R500 in total. She called the manager to assist me in this case. As she explained the situation he listened, looked at me, did nothing about it, not saying a word at all and walked away. I ended up paying the price on the system and not the price advertised. They have false advertising on their prices and the fact that the manager could not say a word to me regarding the situation was very disappointing and the service was pathetic from the manager as the cashier tried to assist. As far as I am concerned the price you see, is the price you pay.
