Extremely disappointed at Mica Signet Centre

Bought aluminum doors at a Mica in Lenansia Signet Centre. We got to the shop and were told that their Valuwin doors are top quality and tint won't be able to see the inside from the outside. Fitted the doors and realized that it's not the case with the tint plus other issues. Went to the store to complain about the issues and was advised that the supplier Valuwin will come to check them out. The guys did and must stay was happy with the service. They managed to pin point the issue to being that we were given incorrect doors should have gotten left and we got right. It's the store that needs to assist with exchanging the doors. Advise the store of their findings and now being told that I need to take the doors back at a resellable condition how do I when I have fitted them plus a 10%handling fee. I am extremely disappointed to think of the amount the doors have cost and now needed to pay added cost (labour to remove the doors,transport to take them to the store and 10% handling fee). Plus didnt get a slip of the goods purchased. What are my rights as a consumer??
