Employee Harrasing us at our HOME

i am really shaken by the behavior of your employee Musa contact number ***.After purchasing a piece of wood and door (on sunday 1/3/2015) that needed to be cut we were advised by manager on duty that the person that has that does the cutting of the door is not in. we paid for our goods and was charged for cutting as well.Last week friday 6th march my partner went to colllect our goods only to find the door hasnt been cut.He was advised that the guy was not in.My partner called Musa and was advised he is off but he can bring the door to his house as he was able to do it there.Last night my partner collected the door and Musa demanded we pay him R150.00 for cutting the door.we explained that we paid for cutting at Mica why should we pay you and advised we would give him a Gratitude tip to say thank you.It did not stop there.because we stay a road away from your employee he decided to come harras us at our house. he wouldnt stop calling us shouting saying we need to give his money or else we will c what he will do.He stood outside our house for 30mins demanding money and shouting.I advised him i will report him for harra*****t and continue to threaten us.
