Durram Paints and Mica Store

I used 2 drums of black roof paint With 2 coatings in mid December 2017 On 31 December 2017 the rain and hail caused havoc in Johannesburg. It washed the paint away from a black roof to Grey. It also wiped off on walls and facia boards I went to the store where I bought the paint which is Mica in Lenasia They called durram a accessor by the name of Levi Malek was sent out and he found nothing wrong he insist I bought short paint and also the walls colours is not the same colour as I bought another lot when 1 lot was finished. They mix it Via computer colour how can the colour differ. I called the technical manager Daniel in Cape Town explained him the story he said will call me back to me I then got a call from Levi saying Daniel asked him to call me so what is the problem he asked. I phoned Daniel again on 7 March and told him what Levi said he told me he will call me back he still didn't. I called Daniel today 20 March 2018 his line was busy I left a message he never return my call so I took my phone out and decided to write to hello Peter. I paid the painter R6000. 00 I bought the paint from Mica and paid for it so now the rain washed away the paint that has a 10 year guarantee in about 20 days time so durram can you tell me what paint do you manufacture and Mica how do you mix your colours to give us different shades in 1 colour. Wheather it had 1 coat or 10 quotes if wasn't suppose to wash off in 20 days Hats off to Plascon. Dulux and other paints I used but never again will I support Mica and Durram I'm planning a boycott at the store. Thank You Sabz
