Dissing clients and smoking in the building

On Sunday 2 August my family and I visited a shop across from Mica Hardware in Morning Glen shopping centre. I smelled cigarette smoke while standing inside the shop and went to the door to investigate. Sure enough, a Mica employee had lit up a cigarette right there in the shopping centre! To make matters even worse, the three employees who were locking up the shop were loudly complaining about a customer - right there where everyone could hear them. Their conduct was disgusting and unprofessional. You can be sure that I will never do any business with Mica in Morning Glen, where they have no respect for their customers and no regard for the public's health.
