Disgusting after sales Service

I bought 4 inverters from Mica Benoni, and referred a friend to buy. The first Inverter which was mine packed up in 6 months, it seems like the battery. Eventually after about 2 weeks they collected my inverter and gave me a loan unit, this was all good and well but it does not work. After numerous calls, Mica's supplier has sent the battery to their supplier as it doesn't charge up. They told me it will take 3-4 days, it's now 5 working days and they cannot give me an answer. I have told them they must return my inverter and a battery in 100% working order under warranty or refund my money. They will call me tomorrow. This is not acceptable for any company in my opinion. I will most likely not buy from them again, potential about 40 inverters to be ordered.
